Not Ranking Up (Even with 11/16 wins)

Hey, just wanted to report this ranking bug that I noticed. This issue is happening to a friend of mine that I often play with. It seems that no matter how well he performs or how high his win-streak is, he remains stuck in Initiate 1. As mentioned in the title, my friend won 11/16 of his recent matches and yet has not ranked up. Is there a way to fix this or do we just wait for the ranking system to be updated/for the bug to be fixed?

Match making is just clearly bugged rn, it's awful at every rank from what I can tell based on discussions I've seen on all platforms. Being stuck at Initiate 1 is super common, I saw someone with a 16 win streak yesterday in Initiate 1. Apparently if you are a new player you just aren't allowed to rank up

Welp im not newer player, and have same issue. I got 5 wins in a row, and still is no rank up. Idk how this system working, i've heard it locks you on same rank if your account is old.
This "Glyco" system, that analyzes your performance and responsible for rank decaying, is totaly broken.
