Not loading into games and unable to Exit Game without a crash

Weird game crash since latest update. Once I queue I get the Loading screen that never puts me in the game. Checking steam it just stays at "Main Menu" or "looking for match" when the people I queued up with are already in the game waiting for me. Only rebooting the PC fixes it.
Additionally, Exiting Game freezes the game and it never closes until the Not Responding window pops up so you can close the game tab.
Assuming something to do with 13th and 14th gen CPUs as that seems to always be the problem lately.

I thought I was going crazy. I have the same problem both loading in and crash on exit. I have 12th gen cpu tho so might be more general.
