Game is starting as a single pixel on screen and not allowing to alt tab to it or anything, has game audio and in game cursor appears when hovering that ONE pixel lol. Also discord overlay activates.
So apparently, was fixed by simply going to GEForce experience and adjusting the in game resolution which was by default set to 1x1. Fix seems to be simply go in your GPU settings and make sure a custom setting series hasnt been enacted.
