no team voice chat indicator

i cant really show a picture because im NOT seeing the team voice chat indicator under people heros, anyone else have this problem?

I have this problem too. When my teammates talk I can't see which heroes they are because no voice chat indicators show.

I'm playing on Linux if that makes a difference. No mods installed. Only a couple autoexec commands.

Managed to test this a bit and found that it happens when you have high ping to a server. If your ping is good the voice chat bubbles show no problem.
