"No Steam logon"

I cannot stay in a game for more than a minute at a time. I get disconnected to the title menu and it just said "No Steam logon". I tried everything. I rebooted my PC, I reinstalled the game, I reinstalled Steam, I verified the files, I do NOT use VPN.

Please help

I have the exact same issue. doesn't matter what system I'm on (main or laptop)
