Since the major patch, I have not received a single survey to give post-match feedback. I saw that Yoshi said there would be a "Don't show me this again" option with the new update, but I never clicked (or even saw it), unless it somehow triggered unintentionally. I would very much like to go back to receiving the surveys, even if they're placebo.
