Had a Drifter leave super early, I knew the "its safe to leave" message would show. So, when it did I left. It counted as a loss and reduced my skill rating.
Obviously the game is still in it's early stages but this needs fixed. Who knows how many players are being penalized when they are directly told they won't be. Or at least some public announcement that its not working as intended. Awareness is my biggest thing, we are being told its okay to leave when its not.
