No longer able to move around in paused demo

Prior to the shop rework patch, you could move around the map in a paused demo. Now when the demo is paused, you unable to do anything but switch between players.
This is specifically limiting for me as a content creator, though I'm sure it's also annoying for high level players reviewing demos.
