In the first video you see that Geist is closer to me than Mirage, yet I see Mirage's HP and don't see Geist's.
In the second one you can see that the HP bars reappear once I die and get closer vertically. I repro'd it in the sandbox but it's selective so if it's supposed to hide that at a certain distance it's definitely inconsistent.
