No ability after lag in game

My game lagged while I had my abilty screen open and when the lag ended I wasn't abele to use my abilitys anymore. Was able to shoot and do everything else except my abilities was able to lvl them but still the screen didn't disappear

This happened to me too. Fixed after watching death recap. Very annoying you have to die to fix it
