New playtester Survey doesn't disappear on the final query

It seems that the new playtester survey with the new way to submit answers by holding 1-5 doesn't seem to disappear or confirm the final survey question, unsure if intended behaviour but I assume not. Also it felt slightly unresponsive / not obvious if I was confirming a number when trying to hold it down.

Yep, this is happening for me too since the Six Hero Update.
