What's that? A new valve 3ps moba with a significant lack of Bees? My hero full of Bees aught to put a stop to that

Main Mechanic:
Beekeeper releases a new debuff called "Bees", where the enemy is covered in bees. "Bees" works like afterburn and poison, dealing damage over time. However, if the enemy covered in bees dies or somehow dispels the bees they will leave behind one or more swarms of bees, who will chase down the nearest enemy and apply the remaining debuff to them. Bees will chase down players first, then the nearest mob if there are no players. If there is noone around, the bees will linger in an area for the remainder of the debuff.

Bees are a stacking debuff, going up to three. One stack of bees deals less than afterburn, three stacks of bees can deal much more. Mobs can only host so many bees based on size, as follows. If bee swarms combine the cooldown defaults to the longest remaining swarm of bees.

1 Stack of Bees: Candle Creeps, Small Jungle Creeps
2 Stacks of Bees: Medium Jungle Creeps, McGinnis Turrets
3 Stacks of Bees: Players, Large Jungle Creeps, Guardians, Walkers, Shrines, Patrons

Beekeeper's main gimmick is manipulating swarms of bees to move the stacks from enemy to enemy, working as both a damage over time and area denial depending on how you play it.

Weapon: The BB Gun
Gun that shoots bees at people. Causes buildup of the bees debuff.

Ability 1: Bee Hives
Beekeeper throws out a bee hive. If any player shoots the bee hive it will release swarms of bees. This can be shot mid flight. Upgrade can include increasing the number of beehives charges and the number of swarms of bees the hive releases.

Ability 2: Honey Shot
Shoots out a quick projectile of honey. Once hit, nearby stacks of bees will leave their target and attack the player covered in honey. Bees who are attacking creeps and bees with a higher remaining duration are given priority. Upgrades can include quicker recharge and applying a slow debuff to the enemy.

Ability 3: Bees
Like Infernus the Beekeeper's passive allows him to upgrade his Bees. This can increase their aggro range of a swarm of bees, their speed, or possible debuffs applied by the bees.

Ultimate: Swarm Master
The beekeeper enters an ultimate state that changes his weapon. Right clicking will quickly bring a swarm of bees from an enemy, hive, or stationary position to himself. Left click will quicky fire that swarm of bees at an area. During this time bees will grant Beekeeper a large amount of lifesteal. Any bees during this period become faster, have a higher aggro range, and deal more dps. Essentially, your bees become buffed and you can redirect them with total freedom.

Is this a good idea? Probably not. But it might inspire a better idea and if not I hope it is at least funny.

I think it's pretty good! But it could use some more tinkering I feel.
First off, removing the bees buildup from the primary and instead put it on the passive I feel would be more intuitive, as it'd work like infernus' passive.
For ability 1, making it so that the enemy can shoot it out of the air and cancel the effect would be pretty cool I feel, and since enemies can now counter it, you could have it so that if it's shot out of the air by the beekeeper, the ability's more potent/stronger than if it was shot while it's on the floor.
For ability 2, I think it needs a bit of help considering all it does rn without any upgrades is a tool to attract bees. It could slow by default, and perhaps even work like batrider's first ability, where you and the bees now deal more dmg to the target.
I especially like the ult, since it depends on you already having bees out on the field for it to be useful, nice job

While it would be more consistent with Infernus, i think it would cause issues with ability 2, since you need some way to apply the bees debuff for it to work. Though that might line up with your ability 2 feedback of it needing something more.

yeah that was the intention, I feel like having the kit at least provide some utility when there are no bees around would be quite nice, else you'd be pretty much useless
