New build editor feature: soul price display (with proof of concept)

Categories would display the total cost of their items
In parentheses it would display the cost of the current category and previous (ordered right and down)
For optional items, right clicking will give the option to exclude it from the price (in yellow)
For components, buying an item that builds into another will have that item's discounted price instead

great idea. also put this in new client features/ ui / general gameplay channels so its more likely to be seen. which one is best im not sure but im sure u can figure it out
