never ending queue time

I have been in queue for a game on and off for 5 hours the past 2 days without getting in a game I have tried solo, duo and trio queuing and nothing is getting the queue to pop

i also got this when trying to trio queue 3 days ago


i dont think its an mmr thing because i have been in q for asia and eu for 30m each also
