network issues ONLY on deadlock

i dont understand why but only on deadlock i have network issues i have flawless connection but ever since early Jan i cant tell why. even when i tab out of the game i still dont have network issues and can see my net jitter and packet loss go down i just want to see if anyone else had the same issues.

Same problem. Only in valve games (Dota, deadlock) i have packet loss regularly

Russia. Playing on Ru/Eu servers. The problem remains regardless of the server
