Negative Healing/Anti Heal/Infected Medicine

how about a single target item that makes it so that any healing the target enemy receives becomes damage instead? it should have a cooldown so that m1 carries with lifesteal don't just die for existing. I think it could be fun since it would force both you and the enemy to interact with the game and play differently around it instead of vaguely changing numbers in the background.

That sounds more like what a character should do, not an item
