Mystic Reverb should not be imbueable to Grapple Arm

Title says it all. It does not really proc it by any means, so I wonder why it's imbueable on Grapple Arm to begin with

This is really similar to how you can buy lighting scroll on Pocket(or some other items), but ult does not proc it anyway (Yes, it has a text saying it does not proc stuff, but still it can confuse people)
