Mystic reverb on Haze

Mystic Reverb works on Haze's 1 ability, however, it is doesn't work with any other ability. Weirdly you can bind it to her 2 ability, obviously it does nothing. You can't bind it to her 3 ability which would be useful. You also can bind it to her ultimate, however it never procs. There is nothing in the tool tip that implies that it shouldn't work. So a recap, mystic reverb allows you to apply it to abilities that it will not proc on.

This also appliesto surge of power, you can apply it to lash grapple. you get the move speed but not power benefit. I think this case is a conscious decision to not get the power for speed on the key you want to.

You still shouldn't be allowed to apply it to an ability you get no benifit from. It is 6250 souls after all.
