Mystic Reverb Damage Proc speed affected by Debuff Remover

When a Mystic Reverb proc is applied to a character that has Debuff Remover, the Mystic Reverb Damage countdown is faster than when applied to a character without Debuff Remover. Basically, since Mystic Reverb is counted as a debuff, and its damage applies once the debuff 'ends', then Debuff Remover's passive of reducing debuff timers also makes Mystic Reverb countdown faster, causing the damage to proc sooner.
