Mystic Reverb can't be imbued on Crackshot, despite it proccing on bullet damage as well as spirit

Title. Mostly relevant to Street Brawl, where Crackshot has buffed damage.

Also can't imbue it with QSR or Surge of Power, apparently since it's treated as a passive? Both would actually be useful with maxed Crackshot.
