A very hastily-slapped-together item that may or may not be busted on certain heroes! Inspired by the likes of LoL's Lich Bane and SMITE's Polynomicon (and probably every MOBA item shop ever). Hopefully not too similar to Mystic Shot, and hopefully not an abhorrent balance decision. Anyway...
[$3,000 Spirit] (+12 Spirit Power)
-] +4 Spirit Power
-] Active | 12s ]
Imbues your next bullet with bonus Spirit Damage proportional to a percentage of your last used ability's damage (before conditionals)*.
[ +35% Spirit Damage (of most recent ability's damage)* (scaling a small(?) amount with additional Spirit Power.) ]
* "Conditionals" refer to damage gained from certain conditions, like health thresholds.
* Abilities with multiple ticks of damage only imbue your next bullet with a portion of the first tick's damage.
So, yeah! Probably either overpowered or useless depending on who you're playing. It can probably be developed on further (or completely dismissed since it might be too similar to what's already here) to make it more reasonable, but I'm obviously not particularly great at balance; personally, though, I think it's a pretty fun and simple-ish idea!
