Mystic Burst - Tooltip does not specify that it only applies from Mystic damage

The tooltip for Mystic burst specifies that 'abilities dealing more than 80 damage', but makes no reference that the damage has to be Mystic Damage. Venator's Consecrating Grenade does physical damage and - with some items - it will break above the 80 damage threshold.
