My load out changes during death to the person I spectates loadout.

I was playing Mo & Krill and decided to spectate vindicta during my death but when I respawned I had her loadout and it lasted till my next death. I discovered that as long as I didn't spectate anyone I would return to my original load out (items). I also tested this with every person on my team that match every time I died.

I've run into this one too. Pausing the game momentarily will also fix it.

Also run into this issue, using an ability and sometimes hitting tab once you respawn will fix this it seems.
