My friend has a problem, he’s not receiving the invites I sent him

His account is activated, and his email is receiving messages from Steam. Three people sent invites on August 9th, August 30th, and September 24th, but he didn’t receive any of them. I really want to play DEADLOCK with him. We’ve been friends for more than 10 years. He was one of the few who received invitations for the Dota 2 beta test. I’m not sure if the last two sentences will help, but please assist us."
