My frames are exceptionally low after recent update.

I went from running the game in 50-60 fps to 20. I'm running on an old GPU (gtx 950) with a new CPU, and Vulkan cannot keep up either.

After some testing it appears that it's attached to the lighting, and after swapping the shadows down to lowest it has fixed the frame rate
