Muting teammates doesn't cover voicelines

Yeah, some people are super toxic with these.
Good news is that this spam shows up in the replay files (I just verified on your match) and omfg he spams for like 2 to 3 minutes straight then does it for another few minutes during your base defense at 29:00-32:00. Hope you all reported him for Voice/Text Chat abuse. I wasn't even in the game and I want to report him after watching this.
It's also notable that there is NO WAY to avoid this person in matchmaking. Blocking them on Steam doesn't work, muting doesn't work, reporting doesn't seem to work.

@Beltalowda Yeah we all reported him, atleast i think so.
He kept spamming when dead, despite us turning the match around. Was fucking insane.
Some people say that muting the enemy team helps, haven't tested this - besides, it should never be the official solution.
An option to avoid a toxic teammate would be amazing too.
