Multiple Player Crashes After Ultimates

While playing a public match (Match ID: 23660611) Multiple abilities happened in one small area right the 36-minute mark and it ended up causing 6 different people to crash.
I was fine but at the same time I also wasn't in the area that it happened.

i have been noticing a crash for multiple people as well

not sure how to reproduce it.. but usually it's when im playing lash and it happens right after i do his ult
I notice it usually happens when i ulti at very close range inside a room or building.. doesn't happen when i ult when i'm high up in the air

will try to grab a timestamp and match id next time it happens
