Multiple Characters (Dota 2 inspiration)

Whilst these have inspiration from Dota 2 they're made to make sense in Deadlock whilst having their own character. I'm happy to get involved and expand on lore and alter if these were to be considered.

Rubick: Fester

Design:
look like a mime, concierge or magician.
Lore: Fester is a bit of a Pest, he gives off pedo vibes but is just a weirdo that wants to do magic for people.

1. Paralyse: Ability grabs enemies or allies, can then leave or warp stone them to a location
2. Blast em: Long-reach blast that slows enemies
3. Spirit God: Passive that blocks spirit damage and scales with levels
4. Copycat: Copy ultimate (would copy the selected player's ultimate but have a cooldown between grabs also the same cooldown as the ultimate stolen before using it again.

Shadow Sharman: Pedro

Design:
Make him a boy carrying around newspapers with voice prompts "extra, extra read all about it"
Lore: Pedro is just a paperboy trying to make an wage in these trouble times of battle,
1. Paper Bounce: Throws a newspaper damaging enemies and bounces to nearby enemies (similar to the shock but more like Luna's projectile animation).
2. Run forest Run: Whilst turning people into a frog is already coded in the game I don't think it suits a paperboy, maybe an ability to make him run faster would be cool.
3. Time to Read: Wraps a newspaper around the enemy locking them in place for a period (is channelled like Sharman's E)
4. Delivery Barrage: A newsstand spawns and sends out newspapers to enemies or objectives. Alternatively, an army of Pedro's could spawn doing the same thing (like Sharman's serpents).

Warlock: Gavin

I swear to god if he's introduced and not called Gavin imma lose it.
Design: New York-style warlock speaks for itself really...
Lore: Sent from the depths of hell he's been given the taste of claiming as many souls as he can in the hopes to see his daughter one last time.
1. Fatal bonds: why change a good thing? Just straight rip this one. link the enemies to pass on damage taken
2. Casters leap: I'd change Shadow Word here and put an air launch like Talon or Vindicator so abilities can be cast from above (will work with 3rd and 4th skill)
3. Pit of Doom: Area slow similar to the radius of 7s ult, the closer to the centre the higher the slow and can be moved with Warlocks aim (designed to be cast in the air)
4. Chaotic Guardian/s: summon an overpowered guardian to push objectives, cleave enemy waves or destroy the enemies. (Upgrade to 2 level 3 obviously XD)

Phantom Lancer: Phantom
Design: New York-style suit but more of a gold take on it, he's a mysterious brawler, I'd lose the bow tie though
Lore: A hitman you hire to kill the hitmen, It's unsure if he's an actual being or purely a spirit, he's impossible to catch, appears out of nowhere and duplicates himself whilst never missing a hit.

1. Spear throw: Throws his phantom spear at enemies damaging them, similar to Talon's ability but targeted.
2. Escape: Either a vanish or a warp stone style ability used for in and out of a battle.
3. Phantom Army: Rush doesn't seem like it would work in deadlock, maybe replace this with a smoke screen or something that spawns 2 Phantoms to start off the army.
4. Phantlicate: Just like Juxapose, spawn illusions of yourself to attack your target that deal reduced damage, have a chance to spawn more army and only last a short period.

Ancient Apparition/Crystal Maiden: Synthia

Design:
I'd like to see a more global ultimate like AA's Ice Blast but I'd also like to see the character be more practical like CM too, I think a combination-inspired Ice Queen would go well.
Lore: Kelvin is her bitch.

1. Ice Blast: A AOE blast that damages and slows enemies in the radius (similar to Crystal Nova)
2. Snow trap: Similar to Talon's trap, place a snow puddle on the floor that significantly slows those caught in it.
3. Ice Buff: Similar to AA's Chilling touch, this passive uses spirit power and stacks a slow and increased damage onto the player being attacked.
4. Ice Strike: The minimap appears to select where you want the blast to land, a radius similar to 7s ult and is delayed before coming from the sky. Maybe a balance of damaging or slowing allies to make this more strategic to use would be good.

Hookwink/Windranger: Bruce Bandit

Design:
Australian 1900s Robin Hood, similar to the image but with a hat that has the corks dangling down and more of a wife-beater type look to him.
Lore: An absolute Australian unit, this man isn't phased by anything he wrestles Crocs for a living and is here to ruin your day.

1. Corkscrew (mix of bushwhack and shackle shot: Throws corks on a rope to tangle up the enemy. This will latch to small objects like barrels or signs, as well as creeps or allies. If there is nothing nearby the latch duration is reduced. If latched to an allied the effect is on them as well.
2. Glass bottle: After channelling, throw a beer bottle at an enemy and it does damage and slows over time. (similar to Powershow and Sharpshooter but more bogan).
3. Bush Dash: Gain a movement boost and become immune to roots and slows. (still takes damage and can be swapped with Paradox ult, etc).
4. Raygun: Lock onto an enemy and dance around them (like haze ult) but you only attack them and it's at an increased attack rate and damage, lightning procs will still go to enemies.
