Multiple button pressing onto ability/item button doesn’t let you to quickly cancel ability

I think it might be some anti-accidental button pressing mechanics, or double click for self-cast mechanics, but let us to turn it off somehow, since some heroes like Vindicta struggle without instant ability cancel for her ult.
