Multilingual search feature

Not really an issue or something limited to Spanish, but there isn't a better place to post this.
It'd be a really good quality of life feature if searching an item in English would yield results of the translated item anyways. People sometimes forget about the translated names or just are way too used to naming an item in English because they watch a lot of content in English.

I think this is a neccesary feature to implement considering that all builds are written in English, and unless you know which item the guide is talking about in your current language, you cannot find it.

Things become harder to search when it comes to terms such as "fire rate" or "debuff", you gotta commit all the corresponding terms to memory or you won't be able to search for the item you need.
