A 3000-Spirit Vitality item which grants stacks similarly to Berserker while moving at or above the character's sprint speed which grant increased regen and/or gun damage would be super great for characters like Lash, Viscous, Holliday, Viper who have tons of movement without many ways to itemize around it. It would synergize super well with HMC and would give a new way to utilize good movement skill outside of just chasing/escaping. Something like +10% gun damage and +2h/ps for 10 seconds per stack, gaining stacks after traveling at or above sprint speed, with stacks decaying after 10 seconds or so. Would fill a great niche that's currently missing from Deadlock.
