Movement is not normalized on Ropes

Doing +moveup;+forward or +movedown;+back can give double the amount of speed on ropes. Using cl_showpos 2 you can see the difference in the max velocity. This is behavior carried over from Source. Also in this match (47808297), I used it to escape Yamato.

My hope is that ropes get deleted from the game in the next major update or earlier. Imo that will be the best "fix" to this bug
