Mouse stop working to move camera

I have read people talking about this but i wanted to share a video in case it helps
let me run it down:
1- Im moving my camera while using the zip line
2- I jump and try to move the camera, it's not working anymore
3- I Alt tab (it freezes the game for a moment but it usually fixes the problem)
4-re open the game, still not able to use the camera
5- Esc, still no camera movement
6-I close the ALT menu and finally the camera is fixed
Just to clarify again, i did not use alt tab BEFORE the camera broke, just in case people think Alt tab caused the problem

This is exactly what is happening to me. But this happen doing anything on the map and i don't see any correlation with this bug and any movement ingame. Happened to me around once every 2 or 3 games before. But since update 09-12-2024 it happens more frequently, around 3 times per game.
