I occasionally have this bug that occurs seemingly at random. At some point in a game, my mouse position locks in place, and I cannot move it. I'd either have to press tab or escape to get my mouse out of being stuck in place, after which my game would freeze for a second and then return back to normal. This is a recurring bug that happens every other game or so.
Mouse locked in place. Movement and other keys work.
