Mouse Freezing Mid Game

Issue: Occasionally throughout the game my mouse will stop working entirely. The camera will not move.

Occurrences: I've found that this MAINLY occurs during the early laning phase. Basically 0-15 min into the game. Afterwards there aren't that many.

Fix: The only fix I've found is to ALT+TAB out of the game, and then back into the game.

i can push tab or esc and it starts working again but occasionally just full crashes. really friggen frustrating
