mouse freezes and heavy frame drops

as the match went on my mouse input kept freezing, stopping me from turning my view and shooting. i also kept getting heavy frame drops as the match went on, making the match borderline unplayable towards the end. haven't had these issues in other matches before.

i think were having the same bug, does it stop (temporarily) if you free your mouse? like with alt or tab or openeing a menu?
