Was thinking maybe we could have a 500 cost weak slowing item that maybe fired a skillshot that gave a fading slow and did some chip damage (or something along those lines) that slowing hex could use as its component instead of Enduring Spirit?
Adding extra cheap CC items for laning would be a bit iffy but a short fading slow on a skillshot might not be as oppressive, and its a niche that has yet to be filled to my knowledge.
