Mo & Krill's dig ability should allow him to go under Mcginnis wall

I've played mostly Warden, Mcginnis, and now getting more Mo & Krill games under my belt and I've noticed that it seems like Mo's dig should go under Mcginnis' wall. It should go under Kelvin's frozen dome too, and pop up underneath, but that's a separate point.

As a Mcginnis player, it would suck to have yet another hero with an ability that circumvents the wall, but at the same time, It makes a lot of sense to me that Mo and Krill's dig SHOULD be able to go under it.

Kelvin's ult is not a dome, it's a full sphere, you can check it by ulting in the air so that wouldn't make sense.

In terms of "making sense", is Ice stronger than concrete, which is what M&K digs through to burrow underground? I realize Kelvin can make a sphere if he's airborne. What doesn't make sense is that it extends underground and is apparently stronger than concrete. I guess if we want to call it "magic ice" or something, sure, but it doesn't make sense otherwise.

But again, that's not even the point of my comment here as I've already stated. The point is if Mo & Krill is underground, and being underground stops him from doing things like jumping and crossing small ledges in the terrain, then it would also make sense that he could go underneath player-created obstacles like Mcginnis' wall. Deadlock sometimes uses "the rule of cool" to explain why some things happen, like when you slide you have infinite ammo. Another example could be allowing M&K's dig ability to go under player obstacles instead of inexplicably being hit (while underground) by a wall that is clearly not an "underground" wall.
