Mo & Krill new Scorn Ult Interaction with Echo Shard, cannot Scorn twice after using Ult

I am not sure if this is by design, but since you can now Scorn during the Ult I wanted to try out if you can also Ult->Scorn->Echo Shard->Scorn and it doesn't seem to work. After using Scorn the first time after ulting, Echo Shard is greyed out. If I use Scorn->Ult Echo Shard is greyed out until Scorn comes off cooldown which makes Echo Shard for Scorn useless during his ult (if it is off cooldown anyway you can use it without using Echo Shard first).
