Don't sleep on movespeed items, honestly more important than tank items.
The buffs on the 500g Regen items helps a ton in lane.
Spirit items I build Mystic Vulnerability, Cooldown one and Surge of Power attached to Burrow. Movespeed and cooldown for almost always having your 2 available is super important.
Also build a geen Sprint/mS item. Rest is Point Blank and tank. usually don't need more MS after that.
