If you keep pressing burrow then cancel it really fast over and over it causes Mo & krill model to be invisible as well as being unable to be hit by bullets. he can however still be hit by abilities like Paradox and Lash 4. he also doesn't inherit anything from burrow like resists or move speed from what I can tell and it can be done at anytime.
