There's been a few times now where I've used Sand Blast on an enemy in lane who just got up to the top of the stairs as I'm pushing their tower, only for the sand blast to do literally nothing as I'm left surprised that they're still shooting at me, even though I watched the abilities effects and such go straight through and passed them.
Sand Blast seems to get blocked very easily by anything and everything when it comes to geometary, which is sad when other heroes abilities will happily go through walls without a care in the world.
Sand Blast will also get blocked by the Veil.
It's very inconsistent.
