Missing Purple Pick Haze in Solo Games

Hi,
I wanted to share my feedback on Deadlock. It's very disappointing that I didn't get my Purple Pick Haze in a solo game. This is frustrating and takes away a lot of the fun, especially when you can never play the hero you want to play. I haven’t been able to pick my Purple Pick Haze even once in the last several games, which means I simply can't play this hero. This also means that I never get the chance to practice with this hero, which further impacts my enjoyment of the game.

I hope the development team can consider this issue in future updates. It would be great if solo players had a fairer chance to play their preferred heroes.

Simply choosing another hero is not a constructive solution. I already reluctantly do this, but under these unfair conditions, it will eventually drive players away from the game, won't it? Everyone should truly have the choice to play whichever hero they want, and it shouldn't be that some heroes are practically unplayable.

While I have multiple heroes I enjoy playing, it doesn't change the fact that I want to play and practice my favorite hero. Simply switching to other heroes isn't a solution and will eventually cause players to lose interest.

This forum is meant for feedback, and I believe this is constructive criticism. A solution should be found because players will stop playing if they never get to play the hero they want and always have to switch. Others can play these heroes almost every round because they are in a group. It's not ideal to lose even more players, especially when we've seen a declining player count in recent months.

You can easily get haze every match if you only select 3 heroes. Purple haze, then two other popular heroes on white (I usually do Warden and seven). I've been able to get haze 50 games in a row by doing this

sounds like you havent played MOBA games then, what you do when your hero is banned from picks ?
