Missing Paradox wall buff on 7th of November patch

Dear devs,

According to the patch notes, Paradox wall was meant to be buffed from 37s CD to 25s, to compensate for the charges missing.

However, this buff did NOT make it into the game.

Can confirm this new patch includes the T2 change (10% max health dmg) but the cooldown remains 37seconds.
