Got to 72k and 33 boons, missed last AP and couldnt get T3 on last ability

This has been a thing for a long while and is unfortunately intentional.
Remember the boon that was added in today's patch was just +1AP not a whole upgrade.
You might've done an urn (sorry didn't watch replay) which is why you were missing only 1 AP, but you do need 32 Ability upgrades and levels only Give 30 (since 3 boons give ability unlocks instead)
Let me know in case I missed something though.
