Missing(black) textures in sandbox map (Or missing cubemaps).

Strange black textures on sandbox mode.


Everytime I load into sandbox mode map I see this.
Im using:
*Windows 10 pro
*DirextX11
*Low textures detailization
*8GB RAM
*GTX 1650
