Steps:
Had all slots full, and one item queued on quick buy but not executing (Because full slots). Decided to buy echo shard (Late game, had a lot of money) which prompted me to sell an item first. Chose one to sell, then accidentally hit ESC (I forgot I needed to choose one and wanted to close the shop).
Result: It sold the item I chose, but rather than buying echo shard (Or not buying) it immediately bought my queued item.
Luckily I had enough money to sell again and rebuy (last big push before game end)
