When using Mirage Ultimate to teleport onto someone, some things will activate the voice line but not teleport you, like Walkers, Guardians, Mid-boss, and the urn deposit. So, when trying to teleport onto teammates or enemies at some of these locations, Mirage cannot teleport because certain icons are higher up in the map layers so you try and teleport to those instead, but Mirage cant so the voice line activates, but you go nowhere. When trying to teleport onto friendlies during Mid-boss, the icon for midboss is on top of player icons, so you can't teleport onto teammates, but your voice line is still activating because you're trying to teleport to midboss. The same thing happens with urn deposit, but I believe that the Walker icon is below that of players, so you can still teleport.
