Mirage's Tornado ability, despite being affected by Slowing Hex (and therefore clearly classed as a movement ability) is unaffected by immobilization. Videos attached show it being used after being hit by Immobilizing Trap and Binding Word, and attempting to use it after being hit by Slowing Hex.
