Mirage can use tornado while immobilized with skills like Warden's binding word or Gray Talon's trap, I thought that work as intended but tornado can't be used in slowing hex, then I thought there is something with skills that make you invincible like dynamo 2 or ivy stone form but, stone form can be used in both situations and dynamo can't be used
